Bible stories about faith

Faith, for a child, is a very simple thing: believing that God is who He says He is, and acting like it. Noah built a boat where there was no water. Three young men stayed standing when everyone else bowed. The disciples woke Jesus in a storm.

Use these stories to give faith a shape a child can see. Each is short, illustrated and read aloud, with a lesson and a family prayer at the end.

“Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen.”
